COVID-19 Update

Update (July 1, 2020):

Production and shipping times are mostly normalized. Posters and mugs are shipping within 2-5 business days.

Canvas prints can be delayed up to 14 business days (normal is 7). This is due to supply constraints due to many canvas suppliers unable to provide materials as some have shifted to medical material manufacturing. In addition, the wood frames that we use to mount the canvas to are dwindling in supply. We believe both of these to be temporary issues, just please be aware of the production delay.

Shipping times are mostly normal. Canada, Australia and New Zealand are all experiencing customs delays, but the shipping times have gone from 45-60 business days to an average of 21, which is on par during peak times of the year.

At this time, we are considering production and shipping delays as 'stabilized' and 'returning to normal.' That being said, we are cautiously monitoring the situation in the United States, particularly in North Carolina and California where our printer's production facilities are.

Thank you again for all your support during these crazy times. It really means a lot to us!

Update (June 12, 2020):

Our production times have decreased slightly on prints as the backlog continues to decline. Depending on the fulfillment location, we're now seeing prints ship out within 2-3 business days in some cases. Mugs and canvas prints are seeing production times of 3-5 business days, which is normal.

In addition, shipping times have dramatically improved. Canadian orders once shipped are arriving within 9-17 business days (depending on location). Australia & New Zealand are still having challenges, but most items appear to be arriving within 2-3 weeks.

Items shipped from the EU (Latvia) are seeing normal production times. Shipping from Latvia to the EU is now normalized and is at 1-2 weeks, with most orders arriving within 5-10 days.

All items shipped from Latvia have either been replaced with a new order or are currently in their respective destination countries. If you have not received your order, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to work with you to get you your order.

The positive news coming out of all of this is that our printer has recognized the need for a Canadian facility and will begin producing prints out of Canada towards the end of this year. This is good news for our Canadian customers as it will speed up production and delivery times. It will also eliminate any and all VATs that some Providences and Territories may charge from time to time.

Thank you again for all your support during this time. As a small business, it's very much appreciated. As processing and shipping times have started to normalize, hopefully we can get back to producing new prints and new products. We've been planning a product expansion for sometime now, but we had to hold off once the issues from the Coronavirus arose.

Update (May 29, 2020):

We are still experiencing long production times on our poster prints in the United States. Our production times are improving slightly with poster production averaging between 7-10 business days. Our printer has hired new staff just to handle the backlog of production.

In addition, for orders that have still not arrived to Australia, New Zealand or Canada that were shipped from Riga, we have decided to make the financial decision to completely reprint and reship every order from the United States at our own expense.

These are being fulfilled in a priority queue and we will be reaching out to you directly with new tracking information as soon as we receive it. We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting you your order.

As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for us and many others around the world, so we are doing our best to ensure that you get your order. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to discuss the status of your order.

Update (May 18, 2020):

Regrettably, we have officially been notified that production on US/CAN/NZ/AUS orders is around 8-10 business days on posters. Canvas prints remain unaffected by the delays.

We're hopeful that this production delay is temporary as we anticipate production to ramp up soon once North Carolina enters Phase 2 of the reopening process (anticipated next week). We're actively working with our printing partners to try and speed up production, however they are seeing 2x Christmas like demand with half the staff.

If your package doesn't ship within a week and a half of ordering, please feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to investigate when your package is expected to be shipped. As always, we appreciate your support and patience during this time.

Update (May 16, 2020):

Due to the movement of Canadian and Australian/New Zealand orders to the United States, we are noticing a 4-5 business day delay on domestic orders. We anticipate this delay to be temporary as production begins to ramp up with the Phase 1 reopening order in North Carolina. We are continuing to monitor the situation, but please do not be surprised if your package does not ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping delays on domestic orders appear to be minimal and Canadian shipping times have already improved.

For those that are interested, the average delivery time for orders coming from Europe (Latvia) are:

  • Canada: 18-24 business days
  • France: 18-24 business days
  • United Kingdom: 9-12 business days
  • Norway: 18-21 business days
  • Austria: 9-12 business days
  • Australia: 30-40 business days*
  • New Zealand: 30-40 business days*

Each time a new international order is shipped out, we begin tracking it to determine estimated delays and will be happy to update you should you have any further questions on your order. Just reach out to us at info@circlesquarediamond.com and we'll be happy to help you to the best of our abilities.

*These are estimates given to us by Australian Post and New Zealand Post. United States to AUS/NZ shipping times are roughly the same.

Update (May 8, 2020):

After discussion with our printing partners, we will no longer be shipping Canadian, Australian or New Zealand orders from Latvia. All orders to those locations will be shipped from the United States. Unprocessed orders are being redirected to the United States. There will be a slight processing delay, but this should reduce our shipping times substantially. We will continue to monitor all orders still en route.

To all customers who have orders shipped already, please be aware that we have identified that the issue is not in Riga, Latvia but rather Frankfurt, Germany where most international postal services have their logistics hubs. In this case, packages from Riga are being transmitted to Frankfurt via truck and then awaiting an aircraft to take it to the destination. Certain locations, like Australia, have little to no direct airline traffic.

Your packages are still on the way - just please be aware that the delays are fairly substantial and outside of our control. In anticipation of extended delays, we have identified a bucket of orders that have not been delivered and we are issuing new shipments, at our own expense, using FedEx as the delivery carrier. If your package is reissued, we will be sending you new tracking information. Please be on the look out for a new tracking number if your package has not arrived after a month.

Original Post (April 27, 2020):

Hi! The Coronavirus sucks and yes, this is another COVID-19 post on a store website. We're getting asked a lot of questions about it, so we figured we'd address it.

First and foremost, we're a small business and we appreciate all the support we get. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We'll make this short: We are definitely still processing and shipping orders! Some countries are experiencing delays, the United States is not (kinda).

For those outside the United States, all of our orders are currently being processed out of a facility in Riga, Latvia. Due to our large product inventory, we utilize a third party printing service. We'll spare you the details, but they're handling this like a champ and are taking steps above and beyond to support their workers during this time.

They're also fulfilling orders normally with little to no delays in production. Unfortunately, many countries are experiencing postal delays. Within the United States, you can expect slightly longer delivery times, but no more than the usual delay (support the USPS!)

Outside the United States, we cannot guarantee or give you delivery time frames. Some countries are experiencing really wild delivery delays. Please expect a normal 7-14 business day shipping window, plus up to an additional 14 business day delay. Yes, it can take up to 28 business days for the package to arrive.

Please be aware that this is not normal for us. We strive to provide 5-star customer service and for it to take this long for orders to get to you is heartbreaking. It looks bad on us, but some countries are experiencing massive failures that are very much outside of our control.

If you have any issues, you can always reach out to us by dropping us a message or emailing us at info@circlesquarediamond.com. We're always here to help (P.S. Always check your spam box. We respond within 24 hours).

Thank you again for all your support!
