I bought the Matterhorn print as a secret Santa Christmas gift for a friend of mine who recently skied there. The print was beautiful and my friend loved the print. When ordering the print I accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. To remedy this situation, I contacted them to see if I could have the item shipped to the right address but I wound up hastily ordering another print just in case the print didn’t show up in time. Not only did I get a quick response back, but they canceled one of the items and expedited my print free of charge. Great customer service (which is rare these days in my opinion)
