Our prints arrived with loose canvas that caused some waving and bubbling. I sent photos to the company and was immediately emailed back by Sean, the owner of the company, who happened to be out of the country, just returning from his honeymoon! He ordered me new prints and I didn't have to go through the cumbersome process of returning the first set. The new prints arrived within a week.
